Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reinvent Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "Reinvent Digital" or "the Agency") understands that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to cancel your contract with Reinvent Digital, we have a cancellation and refund policy in place to protect both you and us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your contract with Reinvent Digital at any time before the services have been rendered. If you cancel the contract within 30 days of signing the contract, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid. If you cancel the contract after 30 days of signing the contract, you will not be entitled to a refund.
To cancel your contract, you must submit a written cancellation request to Reinvent Digital. The cancellation request must be received by Reinvent Digital no later than the cancellation deadline.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, Reinvent Digital will process a refund within 30 days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy. Reinvent Digital will not issue a refund if:

• The services have already been rendered
• The cancellation is due to the Client's breach of contract.
• The cancellation is due to factors beyond Reinvent Digital’s control, such as a natural disaster or a pandemic.
